In order to sew the proper size dress, I will need your numerical size and your bust cup size. Please follow the instructions below:
Choosing Your Numerical Size:
Please choose your numerical size based on your UPPER BUST and WAIST measurements from the chart below. Find your upper bust by measuring around your chest at armpit level. Find your natural waist by putting your hand one your waist and tipping like teapot. The bend in your waist is your natural waist.
Choosing Your Bust Cup Size:
In order for this dress to fit properly, it is important for me to sew your dress with the appropriate bust cup size to fit your unique shape. Your dress cup size may not be the same as your bra cup size, so please do the following to determine your cup size:
Take the upper bust measurement you used to determine your numerical size above.
Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust (if you are planning to wear a bra with the dress, I recommend putting it on when you measure)
Finally, subtract your upper bust measurement from your full bust measurement (for example, if you have an upper bust measurement of 32 and a a full bust measurement of 35, your result is 35-32=3.
Your resulting cup size is as follows:
1 Inch: A Cup
2 Inches: B Cup
3 Inches C Cup
4 Inches D Cup
If you are between measurements (for example, 1.4 inches) I recommend rounding up to the next cup size. If you measure larger than a D cup, then I will need your measurements to do a full bust adjustment.

Include your upper bust, full bust, and waist measurement and I will let you know which size to add to your cart, and I will also make a note of your measurements and make appropriate adjustments while cutting and sewing your garment. If you have other questions regarding custom sizing (for example, if you are especially tall or especially petite), I am happy to help.
Processing Times:
This item is handmade to order. Depending on my current order volume, I will have your order ready to ship within 5-8 days, though every effort will be made to complete your item sooner. Once your item is complete, I will ship it via USPS Ground advantage. Typically orders are delivered within 2-5 days of receipt by the post office, though actual delivery times are dependent upon the post office. Making items to order promotes sustainability by ensuring I only make what is needed, thus reducing wasted materials.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please note that I cannot accept returns and exchanges on my made-to-order women’s items, so please reach out to me for sizing guidance to ensure the garment you receive is the best possible fit.
Fiber Content & Care Instructions:
Made from 100% organic cotton. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Iron on medium heat.
